At Studisaarthi, we aim to ensure a transparent and fair refund process for all users.
1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted only within 7 days from the date of payment.

Refunds are applicable only if the service/course has not been substantially used.

Once a student has accessed course content, attended live classes, or downloaded materials, refund eligibility may be reduced or cancelled.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Services or courses that have been fully or partially consumed

Registration fees, convenience fees, and applicable taxes

Payments made under special offers or discounted plans

Failure to attend classes after enrollment
3. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must contact Studisaarthi support with payment details and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
4. EMI & Third-Party Payments

For payments made via EMI or financing partners, refunds will follow the respective bank or financial institution’s policies.

Any interest or processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.
5. Platform Responsibility
Studisaarthi facilitates payments and service delivery in collaboration with independent educators and institutes. All refund decisions are made as per this policy to ensure fairness to both students and service providers.
